What is the difference between relational trauma coaching and therapy?

I do not treat or diagnose mental illness, nor do I give advice or information about psychoactive medication. Depending on where you are on your journey, you may find it beneficial to work with both a therapist and a relational trauma coach.

In general, therapists diagnose and treat disorders while coaches co-create solutions with their clients. A coach does not tell the client what to do but asks powerful questions to facilitate self-reflection and drive intentional action.
